In short
PassPal is a digital product you unlock instantly. Because of that, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis under UK consumer law. If something went wrong with your purchase, or the app doesn't work as described, we'll always try to help — whether that's a fix, a restore, or a refund.
What you are buying
The PassPal Full Support Pack is a digital unlock. When you pay £2.99, you get immediate, lifetime access to all premium content on the device you used for the purchase. If you entered your email at checkout, you can restore that access on other devices too.
Your statutory rights
If you are a UK consumer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If the app does not work as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
When we will usually refund
We are happy to review a refund if any of the following apply:
- You were charged more than once for the same unlock.
- The premium content does not load or work as described after purchase.
- You accidentally purchased and contact us within 14 days.
- You changed your mind and have not yet accessed any premium content.
When a refund may not be possible
Because the Full Support Pack is instantly accessible and not something we can "return", we may not be able to refund if:
- You have already used or accessed the premium content.
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
- The purchase was made on a device you no longer have access to and you did not provide a restore email.
Even in these cases, if something is genuinely wrong, please still get in touch — we will do our best to help.
How to request a refund
Email us at passpalhelp@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your payment confirmation). We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. If you mention an upcoming test date, we will prioritise your request.
Technical issues first
If your unlock isn't showing, the quickest fix is usually in Settings → Restore purchases. This resolves most cases without needing a refund at all. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll sort it.
Payment provider
All payments are processed by Stripe. PassPal never sees or stores your card details. Stripe may also be able to help with payment disputes directly.
